Kris Humprhies and Kim Kardashian are headed for a very public divorce trial in LA, and it is likely that it will all be open to the public and televised, HollywoodLife.com has learned.

That means that Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries and probably many Kardashians — Kourtney, Khloe and even Kris Jenner too — will have to testify about all aspects of the Kardashian/Humphries marriage for the world to hear and the trial will likely go on for weeks, says family attorney Vikki Zeigler.

“There are no divorce settlement talks going on,” a source close to the Humphries family reveals to HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris on Oct. 31, 2011, 72 days after her wedding and then Kris Humphries filed to annul the marriage based on fraud on Dec. 1.

As much as she wants, Kim can not end her marriage to Kris right now until a judge rules whether or not there is “clear and convincing evidence” that fraud has occurred in the marriage.

Kris truly believes that “Kim had no intention to stay married to him and she just got married to make money,” the Humphries source reveals to HollywoodLife. ”He and his team wouldn’t go forward if they didn’t believe that they could prove this [in court.]”

So right now, Kim and Kris are on track to face-off in court by the end of summer and they will most likely find that the proceedings are all televised because California has an “open policy on popular court cases.” In other words, cases that are expected to be highly popular like the O.J. Simpson case, which Kim’s father Robert Karadshian prosecuted , and the Lindsay Lohan cases, are all open to the television cameras.

The only way for Kim to keep her divorce from airing in public is to make a financial settlement with Kris or to agree to his request for an annulment based on fraud.

The problem for Kim is that is she agrees to the annulment, there’s a lot of risk on her side, points out the source. Aside from damaging her reputation, there may be suppliers to her “fairy tale” wedding who won’t be too happy, if it’s found to be a fraudulent marriage.

So what will Kris’s team use to prove the marriage is fraud?

“Kim was filming scenes saying that she was dissatisfied with her marriage during the week of Sept. 8, which was barely three weeks after the wedding,” says the source. “His team believe that the season of KKTNY was developed with the theme of divorce, without Kris being made aware of it.”

Kris never had any idea that Kim was unhappy in her marriage to him, says the source. “Kris was never in the scenes where they discuss Kim’s unhappiness and he never caught Kim talking to her sisters about being unhappy.”

So couldn’t Kris tell that Kim was being cool to him as she was on the show?

“When the pair wasn’t filming, Kim was normal and affectionate to Kris,” the source contends.

“Kris understood that he was committing himself to the Kardashian way of life,” so he wasn’t surprised when he was asked to film scenes that seemed scripted.

Interestingly, scenes that were filmed for KKTNY that appeared on the show, like Kim refusing to allow Kris to move his boxes into her house in LA, can actually bolster Kris’s case that the marriage was a fraud, says Vikki.

“It shows that she never had any intent of doing what a wife is supposed to do — live with her husband.” Vikki explains.

Vikki adds that there are several KKTNY scenes that could be used as evidence in court, including “the fact that she was so cold to him on camera, and that she was talking about having major issues in her marriage so soon after her wedding and that she never made a real effort to repair her marriage.”

HollywoodLife.com has also learned that Kris Humphries may be initiating other civil cases against Kim, according to the source.”Kris thought he was getting married for life and he found out he was getting a divorce on a radio show,” says the source.

It would serve all of us well to remember that there are few things the Kardashians say, do or tweet that are not tied to publicity or promotion.

We posed the theory that since Kim has said she’s her own product and brand, that it wasn’t all that strange for her to be communicating with another brand and product.

It turns out Kim was just chatting with a business partner. E! Online confirms that the Kardashian sisters will be immortalized in plastic as they lend their likeness to become limited-edition Barbie-brand dolls.

Although a rep for Mattel told E! they don’t discuss product rumors, a source tells the network, that limited-edition Kim, Khloe and Kourtney dolls are in the works and should be available later this year.

Not shockingly, the line of dolls is rumored to be called the “Dash dolls” because the dolls will be wearing clothing tied into looks you can buy at the Kardashians’ Dash boutiques.

The sisters will join the ranks of other celebs like Cher, Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, Heidi Klum, and Barbara Streisand and others to have their own Barbie-branded dolls.

Just when you thought the Kardashians couldn’t dominate newsstands any more, Page Six is reporting that Kris Jenner and her brood may be launching their own magazine! A source says the Kardashians are making a deal with American Media Inc. — owner of Star magazine, among others — to get their own publication, adding that negative publicity about Kim Kardashian‘s divorce is what inspired the family’s latest business venture.

Though it’s not yet clear how the magazine would look, there are a few popular theories among people in the know: Some believe it will merely be a tool for the Kardashians to “spin their own stories,” while others expect it to look like a print version of the Kardashians’ family photo-heavy blogs.

Despite being attacked by her sisters Khloe and Kourtney for being “conceited” and undergoing a nasty divorce from Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian acted like she didn’t have a worry in the world at a recent family dinner in Las Vegas. HollywoodLife.com has all the exclusive details about the 31-year-old reality star’s seemingly carefree night.

“Kim came to STACK restaurant in the Mirage Hotel & Casino with her family after the Kardashian Khaos store opening at The Mirage,” our insider tells us of the family’s night Dec. 15. “She was in great spirits, smiling and laughing with her family and friends, including Jonathan Cheban.”

The clan — which included Khloe, Kourtney, Rob, Scott Disick, Kris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner — arrived at the restaurant around 7:30 p.m. and tasted all sorts of goodies, including appetizers such as the Bobby Baldwin Sliders, Pigs In A Blanket, Lobster Tacos and the Very Adult Mac and Cheese Bites as well as the Filet Mignon, Sea Bass over Lobster Risotto and the Penne with Prosciutto, Truffle and Parmesan as entree’s, among other items.

“They all did a champagne toast to celebrate the launch,” our source says, adding, “Scott and Kourtney (who skipped the champagne) were side by side, smiling and happy throughout the evening as well.”

 Up extra early to catch a flight home, Kim Kardashian arrived for her flight out of Atlanta, Georgia before sunrise this morning (November 12).

Having just wrapped up filming for Tyler Perry’s upcoming flick “The Wedding Counselor” the night before, the E! reality star and pal Vanessa Williams boarded a plane en route to Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Kim is once again facing nasty rumors that her short-lived union to estranged husband Kris Humphries was nothing more than a super-expensive sham.

During an interview with “Good Day LA,” Ms Kardashian’s former PR agent Jonathon Jaxson called the nuptials a publicity stunt, explaining, “Unfortunately they were obligated to honour contracts [with the E! network which had TV rights] otherwise they would have owed a lot of people a lot of money”.

The millionaire socialite — who recently flew to Minnesota to be with her estranged husband Kris Humphries — has apologized to her in-laws for the damage her marriage drama has done to them.

“Kim feels deeply embarrassed and sad about what happened, and decided . . . to talk things through with Kris . . . She also wants to apologize to Kris’ family for all the drama, media attention and hurt this has caused them. She regrets not calling them to explain before she filed for divorce,” a source told New York Post gossip column Page Six.

“This isn’t about a reconciliation. The problem is they are two fundamentally different people. He is younger and has different priorities. They could not even agree on where to live: He wants to be in Minnesota, and she wants to be in LA . . .

“She is also very hurt that he issued a statement saying he was blindsided by the divorce filing. He knew it was coming; they both knew things weren’t working . . . but some part of Kim also misses Kris, and still wants him to be a part of her life.

“He learned of his divorce on the Internet.”

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries threw a Hail Mary Sunday … to see if they could save their marriage — and after a four-hour meeting with their pastor, sources close to the couple tell TMZ a reconciliation is “up in the air.”

According to our sources, the meeting with Pastor Joel Johnson went well as they talked through lots of issues. We’re told the two expressed respect and love for each other … but both acknowledged a lot is wrong with their relationship.

Our sources say Kris was “ecstatic” Kim made the trip to Minnesota and he truly thinks he can win her back.

As for Kim …. she’s unsure if she even wants to give it another go … but for now, she’s willing to keep talking.

Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries and the pastor who officiated at the couple’s August wedding met for two hours Sunday at Humphries’ Minnesota home, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Pastor Joel Johnson, who is Kris’ hometown minister, spent two hours with the estranged pair at Humphries’ lavish lakefront home.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kim flew overnight from Los Angeles for the gathering. She arrived in Minneapolis at 5:30 am.

Kim was seen making several emotional phone calls from the home’s porch, and Pastor Johnson declined to answer reporters questions about how the couple is doing.

NBA player Kris, who went back to his Minnesota home when Kim filed for divorce last Monday, looked weary and stressed.

There’s no word yet if the meeting was to try and facilitate a reconciliation or just to help them both get through the divorce process with as much civility as reality TV allows.

Kim Kardashian left for Minnesota last night to see Kris Humphries … and sources connected with Kim tell TMZ she is conflicted over the divorce.

We got pictures of Kim as she made her way through the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport at around 5:30 AM local time. We’re told Kim flew commercial and was traveling with the guy in the photo (above, left) who appeared to be a bodyguard.

According to our sources, Kim booked the flight very last minute because she felt like she owed it to him to talk things through face-to-face. We’re told no reality show cameras were involved.

Our sources tell us … Kim has been saying even before she filed for divorce that she wasn’t sure about ending the marriage. As we first reported, she was crying on and off last weekend before she decided to pull the trigger.

Sources say it’s definitely not accurate to call this a reconciliation … or even an attempt at one … but the door is definitely not shut.
