Taking a night out for herself, Kim Kardashian was spotted on her way to West Hollywood’s One Sunset last night (October 13).
The “Keeping up with the Kardashians” cutie joked around with a gal pal as she made her way inside, sporting a sexy black halter-style dress with matching heels and purse.
Following her evening on the town, Miss Kardashian had an early appointment at the S&B Surgery Center in Beverly Hills this morning.
Kim was reportedly spotted making her way from her car to the medical facility in order to check on her toe that was injured earlier this summer when she cut it on broken glass inside her NYC hotel room.
