She’s the envy of millions of women worldwide thanks to her sexy figure and womanly curves.
But now Kim Kardashian is apparently threatening to sue, after her image was used to promote plastic surgery in Mexico.
The 32-year-old reality TV star is said to have asked her lawyers to get involved after a billboard for Dr. Victor Ramirez in Mexicali emerged showing her reclining on a sunbed in a bikini which showed off her enviable body.
The billboard was accompanied with the slogan ‘No arriesgue su belleza, ni su salud’, which translates as ‘Don’t risk your beauty or your health’ – a bid to encourage people to visit a professional plastic surgeon instead of an unsafe one.
When Dr Ramirez was contacted by TMZ.com and asked if he had sought Kim’s permission before using the picture, he replied: ‘Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number.’
After the website told Dr Ramirez that you cannot use somebody’s image on an advert without their permission, he apparently replied that he would get the police involved.

Instead of going as the perfect diva, why not dress up as a caricature of the reality star diva. The dress and high heels and even the gaudy jewelry you can pick up at a thrift store for next to nothing.
You will need a pair of lycra stretch bike shorts for under the dress so you can stuff two small pillows in the rear end of the pants. These tight pants will keep the pillows in place and give you the oversized buttocks that you will need for this Kim caricature costume. Pick up a big cupped bra while at the thrift store and stuff this with two regular old party balloons that you blow up to just the right size to exaggerate your breasts Kim Kardashian Style.

On the series premier of the new show “H8R,” Kim K is confronted with a real “Angry Black Woman”:
Deena decided to make her rant against Kim Kardashian on behalf of the African-American community, whether they wanted her to or not, on ‘H8R’ (Wed., 8:30PM ET on ABC). At least, that what it looked like when she was complaining that Kim had curves, saying, “I thought we had a corner on that. That’s us. That’s who we are.”
She also took issue with the Kardashian family not doing enough for the African-American community. So Kim had to defend a perhaps legitimate argument here, and then one that sounded more like petty jealousy.
She explained that curves on women is also an Armenian thing, but that didn’t seem to win Deena over. But when she talked about going to New Orleans to help after Katrina, and taking multiple trips to Africa to help impoverished people there, Deena started to lighten up.
This was just the kind of case the show was hoping to bring to light. Deena was hating on Kim based on assumptions she was making that weren’t even true. If more people were watching the show, maybe they’d reconsider their opinions of people they’re hating on. Or at least make sure they have their facts straight first.
