She’s the envy of millions of women worldwide thanks to her sexy figure and womanly curves.
But now Kim Kardashian is apparently threatening to sue, after her image was used to promote plastic surgery in Mexico.
The 32-year-old reality TV star is said to have asked her lawyers to get involved after a billboard for Dr. Victor Ramirez in Mexicali emerged showing her reclining on a sunbed in a bikini which showed off her enviable body.
The billboard was accompanied with the slogan ‘No arriesgue su belleza, ni su salud’, which translates as ‘Don’t risk your beauty or your health’ – a bid to encourage people to visit a professional plastic surgeon instead of an unsafe one.
When Dr Ramirez was contacted by TMZ.com and asked if he had sought Kim’s permission before using the picture, he replied: ‘Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number.’
After the website told Dr Ramirez that you cannot use somebody’s image on an advert without their permission, he apparently replied that he would get the police involved.

The Kardashian family has officially pulled the plug on the new “Kardashian Kard” — a prepaid debit card backed by MasterCard — over allegations that it’s riddled with hidden, possibly illegal fees.
The family fired off a “Notice of Termination” to the companies behind the Kard moments ago — stating they’re sick of the “negative spotlight” since the Attorney General of Connecticut opened an investigation to determine if the Kard violates consumer protection laws.
The A.G. was concerned over several fees associated with the Kard — which reportedly costs $9.95 to own … plus 12 monthly fees of $7.95. It also costs $1.50 every time the owner wants to add money to the Kard.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Kardashian lawyers write, “The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults.”
The lawyers claim the investigation “threatens everything for which [The Kardashians] have worked” — so the family has decided to “terminate the agreement … effective immediately.”

Lawyers for reality star Kim Kardashian have fired off a legal letter to the company behind a sex doll she claims is modelled on her.
Kardashian, 29, is said to be unimpressed about the Kinky Kim Filthy Love Doll that has been put on sale by Pipedream Products, Inc.
The doll is described on the box as ‘a busty bubble-butt bimbo who’s had more dark meat inside her than a bucket of fried chicken’.
TMZ claim her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has sent a letter to the company telling them to stop production of the doll or they will launch legal action.
However Pipedream do not agree with the comparison and told the US website: ‘The similarity between the Kinky Kim doll and Ms. Kardashian is purely coincidental.’
